Alton Brown Ticket Giveaway

If you know about the Maillard reaction, the definition of umami, and how to create the perfect emulsion, chances are the science behind cooking has captured your interest.  And nobody explains the magic of science in the kitchen like the James Beard award winning author and “Good Eats” creator and host, Alton Brown

Congratulations to Joanne Pietrowski, the winner of two tickets to see Alton Brown's "Eat Your Science" at DPAC this Friday!

Her question to Alton would be: "What is the worst thing you have ever had to eat on television and not insult the chef?"

In the sprit of science, Whisk is hosting an “Eat Your Science ticket giveaway” where one lucky winner will receive two tickets to see Alton Brown live at DPAC on Friday, April 15th. Known for his quirky humor and outrageous antics on stage, this performance will leave you entertained and vastly more knowledgeable about the important role science plays in the kitchen.
