How did you learn to cook?
My parents cooked a lot when I was growing up, so I picked up a lot from them. Also, many episodes of Emeril.
Do you prefer cooking or baking? Tell us why?
Cooking. You hardly have to measure anything!
What are three ingredients that you ALWAYS have in your kitchen?
Peanut butter, avocado and oats.
What are the three cooking items/gadget that you could not live without?
A food processor, a grater, and my pasta machine.
Where do you find your best cooking inspiration?
When I travel abroad or eat somewhere new, even if it’s down the street. It’s fun to see what other chefs come up with.
What is it that you love most about cooking?
You can be as creative as you want and you are continuously learning.
What do you make for your family on a lazy Sunday?
What is your favorite dish to make? What about your favorite to eat?
Love making pad Thai Favorite dish to eat…Anything that involves slow cooked short ribs
What do you love most about being a Whisk instructor?
It’s like one giant family of people that love food! What could be better!
