We’re honored to welcome back David Wells, a highly acclaimed Japanese chef, who has a talent for transforming ordinary food into extraordinary art. For over 20 years, David has lived and trained in Tokyo, perfecting the time-honored tradition of making sushi.

What Can I Expect from the Class?

Due to David’s high level of skill, Whisk’s Sushi, Sushi, Sushi class is an incredible opportunity to learn from a master chef. During this class, you’ll learn the creative art and technique for perfect rice, traditional rolls, hand rolls and pressed sushi.

What Will I be Making?

A variety of rolls utilizing fresh tuna, shrimp, pickled vegetables, egg, avocado, shiso leaves and plum paste (mat-rolled sushi, hand rolls and pressed sushi).
