With minimal dishwashing, cooking for one can be fun! Renee's easy and delicious dishes can be made using perfectly proportioned ingredients and minimal amounts of cookware for preparation. She will also teach you how to shop, prepare, and freeze so that you have just the right amount of leftovers with zero waste. These recipes are so tasty, you'll be happy that you don't have to share. The chicken for this class will be provided by The Butcher’s Market. Beer and wine included!
