It's time to master the methods of fundamental baking and gain confidence to create these masterpieces for friends and family!

CLASS MENU:
Roasted peaches with balsamic caramel sauce (essential ingredients and sauce making)
Raspberry tart with whipped goat cheese and mascarpone (working with dough and whipped toppings)
Polenta and plum upside-down cake (batter making)
