We're pulling out all of the stops with a "Feast for the 5 Senses" to celebrate Whisk's 6th anniversary! Join us for a delicious and lively night out where you will learn to throw your own party with a variety of well-thought-out dishes on small, creatively garnished plates. Teresa will share her expertise for advanced preparation, timing, and flair for seasoning. Each course will surprise and delight the senses, and the pork for this class will be provided by The Butcher’s Market. Select wine and craft beer included. Bon appétit!

HORS D'OEUVRES:
Roast beet and blue cheese wontons
Chickpea fritters with spicy aioli

SOUP:
Roasted pumpkin bisque with lardons, toasted pepitas, and smoked paprika

FIRST COURSE:
Roasted tomato risotto with lobster and scallops

SECOND COURSE:
Cider-braised pork roast with sage, caramelized cabbage, onions, and apples

DESSERT:
Chocolate croissant bread pudding with orange caramel and Chantilly cream
