Kim will share the science, tools, techniques, and tips of the ancient art of sausage making and get you off to a great start so you can do it in your own home. You will learn the fundamentals while discovering a variety of sausage recipes from around the world, and use meats provided by The Butcher’s Market to make your sausages. Grind, season, test, stuff, and savor your homemade creations along with local craft beer.
