Cherisse will share her tips for a perfect seasonal bisque, a cranberry compote, and turkey gravy for you to take home. She will also demonstrate the most sublime mashed potatoes ever. Now this is something to be thankful for!

CLASS MENU:
Roasted chestnut, apple, and celery root bisque
Pomegranate cranberry compote
Perfect turkey gravy with cognac
Brown butter mashed potatoes with crème fraîche and crispy shallots
(You will take home 4-6 servings of the bisque, cranberry compote and turkey gravy)
