In this hands-on technique driven workshop, you will go on a journey to Italy, Mexico, and the American South, wherein we will focus on regional variations of different doughs. Kim will share her tips for tender, flaky crusts, and sweet and savory fillings, then bake them to golden perfection. She will teach you time-saving shortcuts, make-ahead game plans, and endless variations.
