Our Four Basics of Culinary School classes have become so popular that we have decided to take it to the next level. Whether you’re a beginner, an enthusiast, or a home-cook hero, it’s time to elevate and invigorate your cooking! In this intensive two day, 8-hour workshop you will learn: how to build your own pantry and shop efficiently, knife skills, the foundations of seasoning, building flavors, and balancing taste, as well as the technique of mise en place. You will also learn how to make soups, salads, vinaigrettes, stocks, sauces, as well as the techniques of roasting, sautéing and braising. Sign up early! Space is limited to 10 people.
