Whisk welcomes back David Wells, a highly acclaimed Japanese chef who transforms food into art.  David has lived and trained in Tokyo for over 20 years. In this class, David will share the role that sushi plays in Japan.  You will learn the creative art and technique for perfect rice, traditional rolls, hand rolls, and pressed sushi. Join us for a very special cooking class you will not soon forget!
