Whether your kid is bonkers for baking or just a baking beginner, there is something for everyone in this hands-on camp. Each day, the kids will create some amazingly delicious treats, applying plenty of creativity along the way.  Along with the fun and fantastic treats, Chef Teresa will teach your kids a variety of techniques including - measuring for consistency, mixing processes, best ingredients to use, piping, rolling, baking and cooling – all to get foolproof results.

 Important Requirements:
-Students are required to wear closed toe shoes and tie their hair back if they have long hair.
-Parents must pick their students up promptly at the end of class, as we cannot watch the students after the class ends.
-If a student has ANY dietary restrictions, parents must fill out Whisk’s dietary restriction form at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the camp(s) the student is attending.

 Menus:

 Day One: Muffins, scones and more!
-Morning glory muffins
-Fresh blueberry scones with cinnamon lemon butter
-Mini double chocolate cheesecakes with white chocolate ganache and chocolate shavings

Day Two: Pâte-á-choux, cakes, and homemade ice cream 
-French vanilla ice cream with a fresh strawberry sauce
-Pâte-á-choux for profiteroles (cream puffs)
-Peach cake

 Day Three: Batters
-Creaming method:  Funfetti cupcakes with vanilla buttercream
-Muffin method:  Lemon cake with blueberry sauce
-Biscuit method:  Berry peachy cobbler

Day Four: Donuts
-
Classic Cinnamon Donuts
-Baked blueberry Donuts with lemon glaze
-Boston Cream Pie Donuts
